How to apply
Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in single stage two-envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules and KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O.(26)/Vol:1-37/2024-25 dated 24-06-2025. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a local bank (showing bank name, CDR number and date) must be uploaded with the e-bid. Original CDRs for bid security must be enclosed in the technical proposal and delivered to the office before the closing date/time.
Eligibility & conditions
- Contractors must hold the required PEC category as specified for each package.
- Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under KPRA Act, 2013 (Act No. XXI of 2013).
- Financial bids will be opened only after technical qualification. If a bid is more than 20% below the estimated cost, a detailed rate analysis must be submitted; procurement entity reserves the right to declare such a bid non-responsive if analysis is unconvincing.
- Qualification documents are obtainable from the Executive Engineer office on payment of PKR 2,500 (non-refundable) up to 2026-07-28, 17:00.
