PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites e-bids for the provision of professional security services for PIAHCL-owned properties located across Pakistan. Bidding will be conducted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 under the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract will be awarded on a Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) evaluation.
