| Experience | Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years managing IT projects related to banking applications. |
| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years (may be renewed at Management discretion). Selected candidates will receive a compensation package and benefits as per Bank policy. |

Key skills and requirements include excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time-management skills; good understanding of computer architecture, enterprise systems and data structures; familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Main responsibilities include planning, execution and closure of IT projects; ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory compliance and Bank’s Project Management Framework; leading stakeholder collaboration to define requirements and deliverables; preparing and maintaining project documentation (WBS, plans, budgets, resource plans); monitoring and tracking project progress, risks and issues; implementing risk management strategies; maintaining schedules and ensuring high-quality delivery; reporting project status and delivering timely communication of project progress, financials and risks to stakeholders; and performing other assignments as required.
