National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Senior Project Manager – Enterprise (Vice President level) based in Karachi. The role reports to the Wing Head – Enterprise Project Management and is on a contractual basis for three years (renewable at management discretion). Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interviews.

| Minimum Qualification | Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent; or Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. Relevant certifications preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 08 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 03 years managing IT projects related to banking applications. |
| Key Skills & Competencies | Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder engagement at executive and management levels; analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management; understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures; familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; proficient in MS Office suite including Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. |
| Main Responsibilities | Lead planning, execution and closure of IT projects aligned with business goals and regulatory compliance; produce and maintain project documentation (WBS, plans, org charts, risk and mitigation plans, cost/resource plans); ensure scope, schedule and budget adherence; monitor and report project progress and risks; implement risk management strategies; collaborate across functions; optimize project processes; supervise project status updates and stakeholder communications; and perform other assignments as required. |
