PASSCO Invitation to Bid: Sale of 8,197.989 M.Tons (+15%) Damaged Wheat (As-is, Where-is)

Issuer: Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO). PASSCO invites sealed bids for the sale of damaged wheat (unfit/not safe for human consumption) totalling 8,197.989 M.Tons (+15%) on an "As is Where is" basis, lying at various PASSCO zones. Bids must follow terms and conditions in the bid document.

Key conditions:

- Bid security: Pay Order / Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of PASSCO (amounts per centre as in tender document). Cash, personal cheque, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Security Deposit Receipt (SDR) or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.

- Bid form: Rates to be quoted in Pakistani Rupees per metric ton, inclusive of all taxes and duties but exclusive of labour, filling, loading/unloading and handling charges.

- Bid document purchase: Mandatory purchase of the bid document for Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) in cash from the Account Officer of the concerned PASSCO Zonal Office. Proof of purchase must be submitted with the bid. The bid document is also available for information on PPRA and PASSCO websites.

- Bid validity: 60 (sixty) days from bid opening date.

- Submission: Signed and sealed bids must be delivered to the concerned Zonal Head / Supervisory Officer (Damaged Wheat) and deposited in the bid box at the respective PASSCO Zonal Office listed below by the specified date and time.

- PASSCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
