PASSCO Invitation to Bid: Sale of 8,197.989 MT Damaged Wheat (As-is, Various Zones)

Issuer: Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO).

PASSCO invites sealed bids for the sale of 8,197.989 M.Tons (+15%) of damaged wheat (unfit/not safe for human consumption) on an "As-is, Where-is" basis, lying at various PASSCO zones. Bidders must purchase the bid document and submit sealed bids as specified below.

Key conditions:

• Bid document fee: Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) in cash, payable to the Account Officer of the concerned PASSCO Zonal Office (proof of purchase must be submitted with the bid).
• Bid security: Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque issued by any scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favour of PASSCO, as specified in the tender document for each centre. Cash, personal cheque, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Security Deposit Receipt (SDR) or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.
• Bid prices: Quote rates in Rupees per Metric Ton inclusive of all taxes and duties but exclusive of labour, filling, loading/unloading and handling charges.
• Bid validity: 60 days from bid opening date.
• Submission: Signed and sealed bids addressed to the concerned Zonal Head / Supervisory Officer (Damaged Wheat) and placed in the bid box at the respective PASSCO Zonal Office on or before the specified deadline and time.
• Information and queries: Office of GM (Commercial), PASSCO Lahore and concerned Zonal Head / Supervisory Officer (Damaged Wheat) during office hours (0800–1600).
