Tender: Framework Contracts for Medicines & Dialysis Items — Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan DHQ Hospital, Faisalabad

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan DHQ Hospital, Faisalabad.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids for framework rate contracts for local purchase and supply of medicines, disposable items, SPP medicines and dialysis items for the financial year 2026-27.

Eligibility: Companies, firms, authorized distributors, authorized distributors of repute, chain pharmacies or service dealers with sound financial background registered with Income Tax (filers) and Sales Tax (Active).

Key instructions:

• Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-procurement system: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
• Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) as per applicable rules.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favour of Medical Superintendent, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan DHQ Hospital, Faisalabad. Security will be refunded after contract finalization in accordance with rules.
• Bidders may obtain bidding documents from the office of the Medical Superintendent. Documents must be accompanied by bid security and other required paperwork as per tender terms.
• Submission/closing: Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 2026-08-10 at the office of the Medical Superintendent; bidders may attend the opening at the specified time.
• Taxes and duties will be deducted as per applicable government rules. The procuring authority reserves the right to cancel the tender proceedings at any stage.
