Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from prospective new entrant companies seeking accreditation as Private Hajj Operators (Munazimeen) for Hajj-2027 under the Private Hajj Policy of Pakistan 2027–2030.
Applications will be assessed using the Prospective Capability Matrix (PCM) based on prospective capability, financial capacity and organizational readiness. Applicants are not required to furnish past Hajj operational experience or Saudi-side contracts. The PCM can be downloaded from the Ministry website: www.mora.gov.pk.
