Government of Balochistan, Planning & Development Department invites applications for the position of Project Director for the project “Construction of WSS to Gwadar Town from Mirani Dam”. Candidates with strong infrastructure project experience and relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Project Director 01 PPS-09
  • BS (Honours) in Civil and/or Master in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (PPM) or other relevant HEC-recognized qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years progressive experience in planning, implementation and supervision of large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably water supply projects.
  • Proven leadership, coordination and team management skills; familiarity with Government of Balochistan procurement and financial management preferred.
  • Professional certifications and prior involvement in design, implementation and operationalization of similar projects given preference.

Age & Domicile: Minimum 40 years and maximum 62 years. Local/Domicile: Balochistan.
