National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for Relationship Manager (OG-II) positions. Contractual employment for three years (may be renewed). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA admissible.

| Minimum Qualification | Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC. Commerce graduation or Islamic Banking qualification/degree/diploma preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 2 years of banking experience, including at least 6 months in sales-related roles. |
| Core Skills & Knowledge | People management; knowledge of banking products, policies & procedures; strong oral & written communication; MS Office & database proficiency; knowledge of Islamic banking; selling and interpersonal skills; multi-tasking and priority management. |
| Key Responsibilities |
Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets (account opening, deposit generation, deposit retention, deepening of deposits, consumer financing including mortgage/auto financing). Ensure activation of dormant accounts and digital channels (Digital App, ATM), cross-sell/up-sell to existing customers, conduct daily customer visits for new and existing customers, participate in mass customer contact drives/market activities, resolve customer queries amicably, ensure completion of mandatory/regulatory requirements for accounts and product sales, address audit requirements (internal & external) and implement corrective measures, maintain comprehensive documentation, comply with banking laws, regulations and Shariah compliance, and perform other assignments as directed. |
