- Deadline for e-submission: 2026-08-12 at 11:00 Hours. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-12 at 11:30 Hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated amount (in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order) in the name of Project Director, Project Management Unit, Punjab Mass-Transit Authority. Original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bidding Document Number and Title to the Office of Director (Admin & Finance), 12th Floor, Arfa Kareem Tower, Ferozepur Road, Lahore before the bid submission deadline.

- Late e-bids will be rejected. Bidders bear their own costs for bid preparation and delivery. In case of a public holiday on the day of submission, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
