Issuer: Director General, Punjab Judicial Academy. Procurement method: Single Stage Two-Envelope via Punjab e-Procurement System (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk) under Punjab Procurement Rules. Qualified manufacturers, firms, authorized dealers/distributors and registered suppliers with relevant tax registrations may submit electronic bids for supply of items for the Punjab Judicial Academy New Campus, Kala Shah Kaku.
Key instructions: E-bids must be submitted online at www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Each e-bid must be accompanied by an electronic Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost (see table). A scanned copy of the bid security must be emailed to [email protected] prior to bid submission closing time. Bids received after closing time will be rejected. Bidding documents and submission details are available on the e-Procurement portal. The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
