Issuer: Office of the District Council Vehari (Chief Officer). Electronic bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple development works under the Financial Year 2026-27. Contractors/firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2026-27 and meet eligibility criteria as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
Key submission and bid conditions:
- Bids must be submitted electronically only via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-08-10 at 13:30. Bids will be opened the same day at 13:30 in the office of the District Council Vehari in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical securities will not be accepted. Issuing bank guarantee through SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Chief Officer, District Council Vehari, is allowed as specified.
- Performance Security: 5% of the Contract Price (as per bidding documents) by the successful bidder.
- Bid validity: 60 days from the date of opening unless otherwise required in the bidding documents.
- Contracts will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
