Office of the Civil Surgeon, Civil Hospital Naushahro Feroze invites e-bids through the E-PAK/EPADS electronic procurement system for supply contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 under Rule 40(I) Single Stage - One Envelope procedure.
Bidding documents containing terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded from the EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Original instruments for tender fees and bid security (as required in the tender table) must reach the Office of the Civil Surgeon, Civil Hospital Naushahro Feroze on the same day by 11:00 AM.
