District Health Officer Naushahro Feroze Tender for THQ Hospital Moro Orthopedic Ward Equipment

The Office of the District Health Officer, District Naushahro Feroze, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture and fixtures under ADP Scheme No. 918, Provision of Orthopedic Ward at THQ Hospital Moro, District Naushahro Feroze, for financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28.

Eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR/SRB, whichever is applicable. Procurement will follow Rule 46(2), Single Stage–Two Envelopes Procedure.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register on EPADS at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.

Bids must be prepared according to the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. The original instrument for the tender fee and the required fixed bid security must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline.

If the government announces a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances arise, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of the SPP Rules 2010.
