C&W Division Lakki Marwat — Notice Inviting Tenders for BT Road Construction/Rehabilitation (E-PEDS)

Executive Engineer, C&W Division Lakki Marwat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from eligible firms/contractors under the KPPRA procurement rules (Single Stage Two Envelope – Electronic Govt. Procurement, E-PEDS) for multiple BT road construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening works in the department area of responsibility.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization and enlisted with the C&W Department.
• Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope (Electronic/E-PEDS). Bids to be submitted electronically through the C&W e-procurement portal: https://cwp.kpeproc.gov.pk.
• Technical proposal must include required bid security, stamp duty and proof of tender fee deposit (original where specified), PEC registration, enlistment/renewal proofs, national tax/NTN certificates, CNIC photocopies, company profile, relevant experience certificates, list of machinery/equipment, power of attorney (if applicable), and any other documents specified in the tender documents.
• Bid security amounts and completion periods are specified in the tender documents for each work (examples visible in the notice). Original bid securities and other required originals should be furnished as directed in the tender instructions.
• Incomplete or conditional bids, and bids received after the stipulated time/date, will not be entertained. Evaluation will follow the published KPPRA/C&W rules and the tender document instructions.
• Tender documents, bid submission instructions and detailed conditions can be downloaded from the C&W e-procurement website cited above. Queries and bid opening will be handled at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Lakki Marwat.
