SNGPL Public Notice — Caution to Buyers of Properties Linked to Gas-Dues Defaulters

Issuer: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL).

Purpose: To notify the public that certain industrial, commercial and CNG station owners who are defaulters on gas dues may be attempting to demolish or sell their premises/sites without settling outstanding amounts owed to SNGPL.

Legal action: SNGPL has initiated recovery proceedings under the Gas (Theft Control and Recovery) Act, 2016. Remedies under law include attachment and auction of defaulters' property through the court.

Advice to buyers and partners: All interested buyers or parties contemplating partnerships at such premises are strongly cautioned to obtain a clearance of dues from SNGPL's Recovery Department before completing any purchase or entering into any partnership. SNGPL will not be responsible for any losses arising from purchases or partnerships involving properties with outstanding gas dues.
