FBR Request for Bids: Bulletproof Jackets & Helmets for Digital Enforcement Stations (Indus Sites)

Issuer: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) — Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (Credit No. 6435-PK, Project ID: P165982).

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids for the procurement of bulletproof jackets and helmets for all Digital Enforcement Stations (DES) — Indus Sites under national competitive procurement (Request for Bids) in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations (IPF Borrowers, Fifth Edition, Sept 2021).

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-27 at 11:30 AM (PST) at FBR House, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. The pre-bid may also be attended virtually as per the RFB document.

Bid submission: Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than 11:30 AM on 2026-08-27. Late bids will be rejected. Public opening of bids: 2026-08-27 at 11:30 AM at the same address, in the presence of bidders' representatives.

Bid security: PKR 2,000,000 (Pay Order/CDR/Demand Draft/Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) as specified in the bidding documents.
