The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony invites applications from prospective new entrant companies seeking accreditation as Private Hajj Operators (Munazzimeen) for Hajj-2027 under the Private Hajj Policy of Pakistan 2027–2030. Applications will be assessed using the Prospective Capability Matrix (PCM) on prospective capability, financial capacity and organizational readiness. The PCM is available from the Ministry website.
