Employer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) — a statutory body under the Ministry of IT & Telecom seeking a senior People & Culture leader to drive organizational transformation and HR strategy.

Position Director, People & Culture
Purpose Lead PSEB’s people agenda, build a high-performance, values-driven culture, and design HR policies, systems and leadership development programs to support Pakistan’s IT and ITES sector growth.
Key responsibilities
  • Own the full talent lifecycle from attraction to performance management and retention.
  • Design and implement people strategies to support organizational goals, growth and change.
  • Develop and roll out HR policies, learning & development, succession planning and leadership programs.
  • Drive performance culture, employer brand and employee engagement across the organisation.
  • Act as a senior HR advisor to the CEO and executive leadership.
Essential qualifications Minimum 16 years of education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organisational Psychology, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or related discipline. Advanced/professional HR qualifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are desirable.
Experience Significant progressive HR leadership experience with at least several years in a senior HR role (senior management/leadership). Experience in IT/ITES and both public and private sector environments is valued.
Location Islamabad
