Tender Notice — Irrigation Division, District Khyber

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, District Khyber (Near Jamrud Civil Hospital, Jamrud Tehsil).

Type: Notice Inviting Tender (Single Stage Single Envelope, electronic submission via E-PAK / E-PADS).

Bids are invited for works administered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authority. Bidders must submit bids through the E-PAK Acquisition/Disposal System (E-PADS). All bidders shall enter the details of the bid security and, where applicable, the additional security instrument in the E-PADS at the time of bid submission. The original bid security and any additional security instruments must be provided at award/contract signing.

Bidding documents including instructions to bidders and terms & conditions can be obtained as indicated in the tender notice. Required submission documents include original call deposit from a scheduled bank, copy of PPC registration, CNIC, NTN, and KPRA documentation.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:30 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer (date as published in the tender notice).

KPRA / additional-security rules: For additional security in case of abnormally low bids, KPRA Notification S.R.O. (reference in notice: ELALVOR 3-240021-22, Dated: 50th May, 2022) shall be enforced as applicable.
