E-Tender Notice – Development Schemes ADP 2026-27 | District Council M.B. Din

Office of the District Council, M.B. Din (Chief Officer) invites e-tenders (Single Stage, Single Envelope) for development schemes under the Annual Development Program (ADP) 2026-27. Registered contractors on the Punjab e-Procurement system and having relevant PEC category may submit bids as per rules and estimated costs prepared on MRS'18/BSR and local market rates.

Key submission details:

• Bid submission (upload) deadline: 2026-08-06 at 12:00 PM (noon) via EPAD / Punjab e-Procurement portal.
• Tender opening: 2026-08-06 at 12:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin (in presence of contractors or authorized representatives).
• Bid security: 5% of estimated cost to be uploaded as per portal guidelines.
• Selection method: Least cost. Conditional tenders will not be entertained.
• All procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP): https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (guidance available on the portal and referenced video links).
• PPRA rules and timelines apply. Submission of forged documents or non-compliance may lead to legal action, blacklisting and forfeiture of security.
