Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority Tender: Framework Contract for Official Vehicle Repair, Maintenance and Spare Parts (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority.

Purpose: Selection and rate contracting (framework agreement) for repair & servicing and supply of spare parts for official vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027 under National Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage One Envelope) via the EPADS system in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended 2022).

How to obtain documents: Bid solicitation documents (including evaluation criteria and terms & conditions) can be downloaded free of cost from the Authority website and the KPPRA website. Documents are also available on the EPADS system.

Submission and opening: E-bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 01:00 PM on 2026-08-09. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Bid security: Earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid cost must be submitted in original along with the bid in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD), drawn in favour of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-27 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, Directorate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Police Lines, Peshawar.
