C&W Division Upper Dir Tender: Construction of RCC Bridge

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, C&W Division Dir Upper (Executive Engineer).

Notice: Invitation to electronic bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through E-PAD System for construction works in Upper Dir in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended upto 29.10.2025.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Technical proposal (in required format) must be uploaded as part of the e-bid. A copy of the technical proposal is mandatory before submitting the financial bid.
• Original copies of call deposit for bid security and tender fee must be enclosed in the Technical Proposal and shall reach the office before closing date/time.
• A legible scanned copy of bid security shall be submitted electronically with the e-bid. The procuring entity will retain original bid security and additional security instruments until signing of the contract with the best evaluated bidder or until bid validity expires.
• Failure to submit original bid security/additional instruments by the deadline may result in debarment of the bidder for one year; repeat violations may lead to blacklisting for a minimum of three years in accordance with Section 29 of the KPPRA Act and Rule 44 of the KPK public procurement rules 2014.
• Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 (Act No. 300 of 2013).
• An affidavit on stamp paper stating that the firm/bidder is not blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government entity and is not involved in litigation with C&W Division Dir Upper is required.
• Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours on payment of the stated fee.
• Venue for bid opening: Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Dir Upper.
