Essential prerequisites & documentation

Submit a complete company profile showing organizational structure, nature & scope of business, office locations, proof of financial stability, details of menus offered, environment/health & safety rating and experience, chef qualifications, staff training details, NTN and registration certificates, list of similar projects/experience (last 5 years), name & location of current & past clientele. Provide certified copies of incorporation/memorandum & articles, registered address with telephone/fax/email, certificate/affidavit that the entity is not blacklisted, tax and social security registrations (NTN, GST, EOBI, ESSI) and annual income tax returns and audited accounts of last 3 years, plus a banker’s certificate regarding financial soundness.

Evaluation & other conditions

Only parties meeting the pre-requisites and submitting complete documentation will be considered. The Company may accept or reject any LOI without assigning any reason. Final parties will be selected for the award of contracts; shortlisted parties may be asked to participate in full or partial scope of the project. No binding obligation is created by submitting an LOI unless a contract is awarded.
