PTC Tender: Letters of Intent for Catering / Food Services (2026–2029)

Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (PTC) invites Letters of Intent (Tender No. Y26/ROC/CS/03) from specialized, reputed and financially sound suppliers for supply of catering / food services for the period 2026–2029.

Key pre-requisites & required documents (submit with Letter of Intent): completed company profile with organizational structure; proof of financial stability (banker certificates and last 3 years audited accounts/financial statements); certificate/affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted and not involved in litigation with government or the Company; company registration certificate; NTN, GST, EOBI and SESSI registration certificates; annual income tax returns for last 3 years; list of similar projects/experience with reference certificates for the last 5 years; list of equipment and resources; details of menus offered, chef qualifications, staff training and details; office locations and current & past clientele; any other documentary evidence as required by the Company.

Eligibility & selection criteria: Only parties with relevant experience with multinational firms, registered legal status, reliable & trustworthy staff (no criminal record), compliant with Environmental, Health & Safety policy and Supplier Code of Conduct, compliant with applicable labour laws, tax-paying entities and able to meet Company requirements will be considered.

Submission instructions & deadline: Submit a Letter of Intent bearing Tender No. Y26/ROC/CS/03 along with required documents. Last date and time for receipt of Letters of Intent is 2026-08-04 at 17:00 hours. Letters received after this time will not be considered.

Other terms: The Company may accept or reject any or all Letters of Intent without assigning any reason. Submission of an LOI does not create any binding obligation. Final parties will be selected and notified for award of the contract.
