Tender: Procurement of Computer & I.T. Equipment – Islamabad Police (Tender No. 12, FY 2026-27)

Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics), Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of Computer & I.T. Equipment under Tender Notice No. 12 for the financial year 2026-27.

Key requirements and procurement procedure:

- Only registered firms/entities appearing on the Active Tax Payers List of FBR and paying Sales Tax and Income Tax are eligible. Bidders must submit valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN).

- Tender submission must include certified copies of firm registration, General Sales Tax registration, certified copy of National Tax Number and bank account details. If registered under AGPR in Islamabad, that must be clearly mentioned.

- Single Stage Two Envelope method will be adopted with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and regulations/instructions issued by PPRA.

- A Bid Security (in prescribed value) must accompany each bid. Acceptable forms include Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft. Bid Security Declaration may be acceptable where permitted in bidding documents.

- Electronic bidding documents including detailed terms, technical specifications, essential requirements and other information are available on EPADS version 2.0. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation.

- Electronic bids must be uploaded only through EPADS by the stated deadline. Manually submitted bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.

- The procuring department reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of required items as per its requirements.
