Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Gujranwala.
Purpose: Invitation for sealed electronic tenders from contractors registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes for execution of 12 civil works under the District Council budget for FY 2026-27. Bidding documents must be downloaded and submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS).
Submission & Opening: Tenders must be uploaded/submitted on or before 2026-08-12 up to 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened online on the same day, 2026-08-12, at 02:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Proof of generated/submitted bid security must be presented/verified before the Tender Opening Committee at bid opening. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Selection method: least-cost. Successful contractors will be required to deposit additional performance security as per PPRA/Works Rules 2017.
