PITB Invitation to Bid — Food & Catering Services (Framework Contract NDP-02)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for the procurement of food and catering services for various PITB projects under Framework Contract NDP-02. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

Key instructions and information:

• Bid documents (technical and financial) are required to be completed, signed and submitted in separate envelopes as per the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.
• Bid documents are available for download free of cost at the PITB and Punjab e-procurement websites: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
• Bids shall be submitted and registered online through the Punjab e-Procurement System as per applicable instructions on the portal.
• Bid security in the amount shown above must accompany bids in the prescribed form.
• Incomplete, conditional or late bids will be rejected. PITB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
