PITB Invitation to Bid — Food & Catering Services (Framework Contract NPD-02)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for procurement of Food & Catering Services for various PITB projects under Framework Contract (NPD-02).

Key instructions:

- Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

- Tender documents and details are available on the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and PITB e-Procurement portal.

- Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, completed, signed and stamped, and submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System as specified in the tender documents.

- Bidders must comply with the bid security requirement shown above; incomplete or late submissions will be handled according to the rules in the tender document.

- PITB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per the terms of the procurement rules and tender document.
