Public Notice: Proposed Transfer of Shares and Land in Crown City Gwadar (Phase 11)

This public notice, issued by Nadeem Ahmad and Khawaja Amiran Parvez, advises that land and development records for Crown City Gwadar (Phase 11) — Mouza Chutti Sani, Tehsil and District Gwadar (Khatooni No. 11, Khatta No. 11) — with NOC No. 05/43/GDA/HS(8) currently recorded in the name of Al Aziz & Plilers (SMC) Private Limited are subject to a proposed corporate restructuring. Nadeem Ahmad intends to transfer a 44% share in the concern (and related interest in the Gwadar residential scheme) to Khawaja Amiran Parvez.
