Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids under Single Stage – Single Envelope (SSSE) National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the following packages under Tender No. VEC/NCB/01 & 02/2026-27. Bids shall be submitted online through the e-Procurement / e-Bidding system. Bidders must meet the eligibility, technical and financial criteria as specified below.

Eligibility & Evaluation (summary):
- Firms/companies (including JV participants) must be registered with relevant Pakistani authorities (e.g., Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable) and hold valid tax registration (FBR) and sales tax registration (where applicable).
- Bidders must demonstrate prior experience, required financial capacity (turnover & cash flow) and supply/execution capability for the specific works/items.
- Qualification requirements include submission of audited financial statements, proof of similar past contracts, professional registrations and other documents as specified in the bidding documents.
Bid Submission & Opening:
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the IESCO e-Procurement / e-Bidding system by the E-Bid closing date/time noted above. Technical bids will be opened online on the technical opening date/time.
- Bidders must attach the required bid security as specified (amounts in table represent 1.5% of cost).
