Eligibility & Mandatory Documents
- Valid National Tax Number (NTN) and an active tax compliance certificate issued by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
- Valid SECP company incorporation certificate if the bidder is a registered legal entity in Pakistan.
- Signed declaration confirming no conflict of interest with PPCBL and no blacklisting/debarment by any Government of Pakistan institution or SBP-regulated entity.
- Company profile, product history, client references, technical team CVs, and information security certificate(s).

- PPCBL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, in accordance with applicable procurement rules, regulations, and policies.
