National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Islamabad, invites applications for a Short-Term Expert (Media Coordination & Content Writer) to support communication, media and content needs on a contractual basis. Candidates should meet the education, experience and deliverables requirements below.

Position	Short-Term Expert – Media Coordination & Content Writer
Maximum Age	45 years
Qualification	16 years of education in English Language/Literature, Social Sciences, Economics or Commerce. Preference will be given to MS/MPhil where indicated.
Experience & Deliverables	At least 5 years' experience in media, reporting, graphics, research and content writing, preferably with creative writing, news articles and social media content. Develop content for banners, flyers, one-pagers, dashboards, graphs, program descriptions, case studies, whitepapers and e-books. Create press releases, media advisories, social media content and manage high-profile media coordination in English and Urdu. Monitor media coverage; prepare media and performance reports; coordinate promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Build and maintain media relationships; manage events, conferences and public awareness activities; ensure timely delivery and quality control. Produce monthly communications reports including KPIs and media reach metrics; strong written and oral communication skills required.
