Issuer: Ignite - National Technology Fund (backed by the Ministry of IT & Telecom). Procurement for provision of non-consultancy services for the design, deployment, operations and maintenance of a Sovereign National AI Infrastructure under the National AI Innovation Hub (NAIH). Reference: PS7167.
Scope & Eligibility: Procurement is for non-consultancy services. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement platform and meet the conditions in the bidding documents.
Procedure & Requirements: Two-stage, two-envelope procedure using Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted except as specifically allowed by the e-bidding instructions.
