Public Notice: Approval of Layout Plan for Plots 85/1, 85/2 & 72-E at K-28 Phase-II, Trans Lyari Quarters, Keamari, Karachi

Issuer: Lyari Development Authority, Town Planning Department. This public notice concerns approval of an industrial layout plan for three plots located at K-28 Phase-II, Trans Lyari Quarters, Hawksbay Road, Keamari, Karachi.

Applicant: Mr. Saifullah, son of Noor Muhammad, acting as Attorney for Muhammad Yaqoob. The case has been forwarded by the Deputy Commissioner Keamari vide letter No. DC (Keamari) / K/729/2026 dated 2026-03-16.

Any person(s), department(s) or organization(s) having objections to the proposed layout plan must submit their objections in writing along with documentary evidence to the Town Planning Department, Lyari Development Authority at Banglow No. 194-B, Block-B, SMCH Society, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. Objections received after the specified period will not be entertained. Approval for the layout plan will be granted upon completion of proceedings.
