Notice to: Mr. Noman Ahmad Zafar (Naib Qasid). He has been absent from duty w.e.f. 2019-12-01. The department issued multiple letters to his available postal address requiring him to report for duty, but there was no response. A show-cause notice was served requiring a written reply within seven (7) days; the registered post was returned undelivered with remarks that no one was found at the address.
Action required: Mr. Noman Ahmad Zafar is given a final opportunity to appear in person for a personal hearing before the Additional Secretary (Administration), Information & Culture Department / Competent Authority and to submit his written reply to the show-cause notice. He must appear and submit his reply within 15 days positively after publication of this notice, failing which an ex-parte decision will be taken against him in terms of the PEEDA Act, 2006.
