Issuer: Nishat Chunian Properties (Private) Limited. An extraordinary general meeting of members was convened and held at the Company's office (31-C, Gulberg-III, Lahore) at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, 15 July 2026. The meeting resolved unanimously that Nishat Chunian Properties (Private) Limited be wound-up voluntarily under Section 347 of the Companies Act, 2017.
