Tender: Construction of Remaining Works (Administration Block, Girls Hostel, Book Store, Truck Shop & Cafeteria) – Shaikh Ayaz University, Shikarpur

Issuer: Office of the Project Director – PMF, The Shaikh Ayaz University, Shikarpur (Dated: 22-07-2026). The university invites bids/tenders through the EPADS system of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) under PPRA Rules 2004 (amended) for completion of remaining construction works.

Eligibility Criteria: Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-2 or above with specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-11; valid registration with Tax Authorities (FBR & SRB); and a valid Electrical Inspectors license.

Minimum Qualification / Documents Required: List of similar assignments with costs and performance/completion certificates for the past 10 years; details of office, equipment and machinery and transport owned/leased/hired; financial statements and income tax returns for the last 03 years duly audited; registration with Income Tax Department (NTN) and active status with FBR; Sindh Revenue Board registration certificate; affidavit that the firm is not involved in litigation or blacklisted by any department.

Method of Procurement: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure.

How to Obtain / Submit Tender Documents: All interested bidders must register on EPADS to be eligible. Tender documents are available to registered bidders on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website: http://eproc.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by the deadline. Physical Pay Order/Demand Drafts for tender fee and the 2% bid security (earnest money) in favor of "Provision of Missing Facilities for The Shaikh Ayaz University" should be submitted to the Project Director before the submission deadline as specified on EPADS.

Submission & Opening: Electronic bid submission via EPADS. Opening will be held on 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM. Any bid received by modes other than EPADS will not be considered. If the last date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
