District Health Officer Shikarpur Tender for Equipment and Supplies 2026–2028

The District Health Officer, Shikarpur, invites electronic bids from suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the active taxpayers list for the supply of equipment and other goods for financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28.

The procurement covers medical equipment, stationery, sports equipment, office items, furniture and fixtures. Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 46(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, using Standard Bidding Document No. 854.

Tender documents and detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Only bids submitted electronically will be accepted; manual bids will not be accepted.

Interested bidders must register through https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration before submitting an electronic bid. Bids will be opened in the presence of the procurement committee and participating bidders or their representatives.

If unforeseen circumstances or a government holiday affect the scheduled opening, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under the relevant provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010.
