Issuer: The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL). Purpose: Procurement, implementation and support of a Credit Card Processing Platform (Credit Card System - CCS) to provide end-to-end credit card business including customer onboarding, credit assessment, card issuance, transaction processing, billing, collections, fraud monitoring and customer servicing.
Submission: Separate sealed Technical (Envelope A) and Commercial (Envelope B) proposals must be submitted to Head Products, The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited, 5 Bank Square, The Mall Road, Lahore. Vendors may request the complete RFP via email.

Notes: PPCBL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason. Proposals received after the prescribed deadline will not be considered.
