Royalty Public Auction Notice No. 03/2026 – Mineral Royalties (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)

Issuer: Assistant Director (Royalty), Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar.

Purpose: Public auction/sale of royalty packages for mineral categories including Precious & Base Metals, Precious & Semi-Precious Gemstones and Radioactive Minerals for the relevant period. Only authorized joint-venture holders / permit holders of mining rights are eligible to participate.

Auction Date & Time: 13 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Venue: Office of Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Peshawar (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

Packages: Multiple royalty lots are published (twelve lots listed) with specified amounts and required security/earnest deposits displayed in the official notice. Interested bidders must review the published lot details and required deposits before participation.

Bid & Submission Requirements: Bidders must submit bids in accordance with the conditions published by the Directorate. Submission requires earnest money in the form of a CDR (as specified), and supporting documentation such as valid JV/permit evidence and bank statement as proof of financials. Details on CDR deposit and submission procedure are provided in the original notice. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
