Tender Notice – Procurement of Medical Supplies & Services for King Abdullah Teaching Hospital, Mansehra

Office of the Medical Superintendent, King Abdullah Teaching Hospital (KATH) Mansehra invites quotations through the KP Electronic Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) for direct contracting (Single Stage – Single Envelope) for supply/service items for the hospital for the stated financial year. Quotations must be submitted on EPADS by the stated deadline and will be opened in the presence of bidders (if present). Eligible suppliers/contractors must be registered with relevant tax authorities and fully compliant with applicable procurement and regulatory requirements.

Key submission details: Submit bids through EPADS. Original CD/USB containing the bid document must also be submitted to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, KATH Mansehra before the opening time. Quotations must be computer-printed, signed and stamped; handwritten/overwriting is not acceptable. Suppliers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the ATL where applicable. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per KPPRA rules.

Notes & conditions: Quotations must be computer printed and signed. Narcotics/controlled items require the supplier to hold valid licences.
