Issuer: Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Lakki Marwat.
Purpose: Electronic bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) for construction of community ponds, surface water tanks and installation of pressure pumps at various locations in Tehsil Lakki, District Lakki Marwat under the C&W Department and Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa centralized policy for FY 2026-27.

Key Instructions & Conditions:
- Eligible bidders must download bidding documents from EPADS portal and KP-PPRA website.
- Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS; where required, also submit sealed hard copy envelopes as per bidding documents.
- Technical and Financial proposals must be properly page-numbered and include a table of contents/corresponding to the numbered pages.
- Last date for seeking online clarifications: 05-Aug-2026 by 05:00 PM.
- Financial bids of only technically responsive and qualified bidders will be opened; dates for financial opening will be communicated later.
