CDA Road Division-I Tender: Improvement/Rehabilitation of IT Park Approach Road (Kurri Road to Zong HQ)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Road Division-I. Project: Improvement / Rehabilitation of approach road (IT Park) from Kurri Road to Zong HQ, Islamabad. Eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council with Valid Registration Certificate in category C-6 or above for the year 2026-27 and holding Project Code CE-01 may submit bids.

Bidding procedure and submission details:

- Procedure: Single-Stage, One-Envelope as per Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

- Bidding documents and online submission: Available on the PPRA e-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Bids must be submitted online through e-procurement (no hard copies will be accepted). Firms/contractors must be registered on e-PADS to be eligible.

- Bid security: Must be furnished as a Pay Order / CDR in favor of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA. A scanned copy of the bid security (PDF) must be uploaded on e-PADS and the original bid security shall be submitted to the office of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA along with attested copies of PEC registration certificate, CNIC and tax registration certificate on or before the bid opening date.

- Submission deadline: Submit online on or before 2026-07-30 at 11:30 hrs. Manual or late bids will not be entertained.

- Opening: Bids will be opened through e-PADS at 12:00 Noon on 2026-07-30 in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives of bidders at the office of Director Roads, CDA, Islamabad.

- Other conditions: Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information will be liable to legal action and disqualification. The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
