Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites online e-auction bids under the E-PADS 2.0 system for disposal of unserviceable/abandoned vehicles and meter scrap parked at FESCO stores. Bids are to be submitted through the E-PAD 2.0 portal (vendor.epads.gov.pk/login). Bids will be received up to 11:00 AM on 2026-08-10 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
Location for inspection / parked material: Regional Store, FESCO Faisalabad.

How to apply and key conditions
- Submit bids online through E-PAD 2.0 (vendor.epads.gov.pk/login). Registration on the portal is mandatory.
- Last date/time for bid submission: 2026-08-10 up to 11:00 AM. E-auction opening: 10-08-2026 at 11:30 AM.
- Earnest money / bid security must be deposited as required (Pay Order, Bank Draft or Banker's Cheque) in favour of CEO FESCO — exact lot-wise amounts are listed in the table above or on the portal.
- Material can be inspected during working hours at the stated location before the bid date.
- Bids are on an “as is where is” basis and will be valid for 150 days from the date of auction. Successful bidders must pay remaining amount and applicable taxes within the period notified in the Letter of Acceptance.
