Auction: Disposal of Used Shell Oil and Scrap Items at Chashma Barrage (Mianwali)

Sealed quotations are invited for disposal of listed items on an "as is, where is" basis from the W-H Site, Chashma. Interested parties should follow the submission, inspection and payment requirements below.

Key instructions:

- Tender documents may be purchased from the W-H office for Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).

- Inspection: Any working day (Monday to Thursday) from 09:00 to 15:00 by appointment for security-cleared persons. Bring original CNIC at time of inspection/visit.

- Earnest money: 10% of quoted price (refundable) in favour of Manager (Accounts), Site Office; to be submitted with the quotation.

- Submission: Sealed quotations with a copy of CNIC, phone/cell number and firm details must reach M/W-H Site Office, Chashma within 20 days of this advertisement. Envelopes should be clearly marked "Quotation for Scrap Items."

- Opening: Bids will be opened at Abaseen Club, Chashma Colony, District Mianwali in the presence of security-cleared interested bidders.

- Payment by successful bidder: 25% of offered value to be deposited in cash/CDR with the cashier of Accounts Division at award; balance of offered value plus applicable 10% Income Tax to be deposited as required by tax rules. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of deposit and re-offer of items.

- Rates should state whether inclusive or exclusive of GST. If GST is not mentioned, the quoted rate will be considered inclusive of GST.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations. The notice is also available on the PPRA website.
