TMA Oghi E-Tender: Supply/Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Oghi invites e-tenders for the supply/fabrication of solid waste machinery. Funds have been received from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to strengthen solid waste management services. Bids will be received under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure (technical and financial) through the e-procurement (EPAD) system.

Eligibility & requirements: Manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers or firms must be registered on the EPAD e-procurement portal and possess valid NTN, GST, and PEC registration. Bidders must meet the experience and qualification requirements described in the tender documents.

Bid security & submission: Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of a CDR payable in the name of "TMO TMA Oghi" must be sealed and submitted as instructed. Single-stage two-envelope bidding via EPAD is mandatory. Technical bids must be submitted by the deadline stated below; technical and financial proposals will be evaluated per KPPRA rules.

Other conditions: Rates should be quoted on a FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. All applicable taxes (sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will be applied as per government rules. Incomplete, conditional, or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase orders are subject to release of funds. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
