HESCO e-Bids: Construction Works at 132 kV Grid Stations (EPADS)

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites electronic bids through the Government of Pakistan EPADS e-procurement system for civil/electrical construction works at various 132 kV grid stations. Interested firms must hold valid PEC registration in the specified categories, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and be registered/cleared with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board as required.

Key submission requirements: bids must be submitted online via https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. A bid security of 2.0% (as specified) in acceptable form (CDR/Bank Guarantee as per tender conditions) is required. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Bidders should follow PPRA/EPADS rules and ensure all eligibility documents (PEC license, tax registration, SRB, proof of enlistment) are in order before submission.
