Tender: Supply/Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery – TMA Balakot

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Balakot invites sealed e-tenders (EPADs) for supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The chassis for the work will be supplied by TMA. Qualified manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers registered on the KP e-procurement (EPAD) portal and holding valid NTN, GST and PEC registration (where applicable) may apply.

How to Apply / Submit Bids: Eligible bidders must be registered on the KP e-procurement (EPAD) portal and submit/upload e-bids through EPAD only. Technical and financial bids should be submitted under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Late, conditional, incomplete or manual bids will not be entertained.

Bid Security: Original bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in favor of TMO TMA Balakot must be sealed and submitted as required.

Conditions & Other Requirements: Procurement will follow KPPRA rules. The procuring entity may reject bids that do not meet specifications. All applicable taxes, duties and levies (including KP/PR taxes, income tax, stamp duty) will be applicable as per government rules and are the responsibility of the contractor. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to TMA Balakot. The successful bidder will provide complete operational and maintenance training to TMA staff. Purchase orders are subject to the release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
